Arik Levy (1963) was born in Israel and moved to Europe in 1988. He worked from Paris, where he and his Art & Design Studio made creations in different areas in collaboration with his design team. Within the general public, he is best known for his art and industrial design. Levy sees himself as a designer who works primarily based on his feeling. Besides public sculptures, he also designs entire environments that can be adapted for multifunctional use. In Levy’s own words: “Life is a system of signs and symbols where nothing is what it seems.”
