Casala products are offered through a worldwide sales network. Besides our main showroom in Culemborg (NL), we also have showrooms in Amsterdam, England, Germany and France. Our furniture can be found in conference rooms, offices, educational institutions, hotels, hospitals and churches all over the world. This is achieved by a team of over 40 employees. Casala is a family business and our organisation is characterised by an open, informal culture with short lines of communication.
The role
The International Account Manager is the first point of contact and independently manages foreign accounts (dealers). The main focus is on improving and expanding the export sales network and working on leading interior design projects in Northern and Southern Europe. This international sales role is particularly interesting if you are commercially driven, love travelling and adapt easily to other cultures.
What are your duties and responsibilities?
– achieving growth and meeting sales targets for your region;
– working together with existing and new dealers and (interior) architects with the aim of building a strong, long-term relationship;
– participating in international trade fairs;
– make a substantial contribution to increasing the name recognition of Casala in your region;
– generate market information and identify trends in order to proactively offer Casala furniture in (new) furnishing projects;
– working closely with inside sales and export colleagues.
What are your skills for this challenging export position?
– completed HBO bachelor in a commercial direction;
– at least 3-5 years’ work experience in a comparable position;
– above-average communication, commercial and social skills;
– excellent oral and written command of the Dutch, English and German language is a requirement;
– experience in project design and/or with contract furniture and own network is a plus.
